TIP: Enable Extra Repositories in Xubuntu

Tips N Tricks, Xubuntu
There are some app that are packaged for Xubuntu but are available by default. This quick tip will help you get those other apps installed very easily.
1) Click “Applications-> System-> Synaptic Package Manager”
2) Enter your password
3) Click “Options-> Repositories”
4) Scroll down and slect the “community” Repositories
5) Close
6) Click “Reload”
7) In the bottom left click “Sections” and then select “All” from the list.
Look for packages that do not have the Ubuntu Icon
